1. Return Policy
- We accept returns only for damaged or defective items. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, you must reach out to us via email or phone with your order details, including the product in question and images of the damage or defect.
- Once your return request is confirmed, we will guide you through the return process. Please note that the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Refund Policy
- We offer refunds only for defective or damaged products. In such cases, we will issue a refund through the same Cash on Delivery (COD) method, but please note that the refund is processed after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product, and only damaged or defective products will be considered for a refund.
3. Process for Returns and Refunds
- Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and photos of the product issue (if any).
- Step 2: If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
- Step 3: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with your refund or exchange, as applicable.
4. Conditions for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. We do not accept returns for personal preference or if you simply change your mind.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Any return that does not meet the criteria above will be rejected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling or care cannot be returned.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are exempt from this policy.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If your product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
